Valentine's Day and Weekend at Frederick's Bistro!

We would love to see you and help you celebrate Valentine's Day 2010!  We have special menus for you on Friday February 12th, Saturday the 13th and on Valentine's Day the 14th.  Take a look at the menus below and visit us at the Bistro for a special Valentine's treat!!

Friday February 12th and Saturday the 13th 

First course:
Asian Beef Salad - named by the San Antonio Express-News as a top 10 dish of 2009 or
Mushroom and Brie Soup

Second course:
Veal chop with Shitake Mushrooms and a Port Wine Sauce or
Chilean Sea Bass with Raspberry Veronique Sauce or
Prime Rib Eye Steak with Peppercorn Sauce or
Grilled Main Lobster (half) with Fresh Herbs over Spicy Linguine

Third course:
Select one of several Frederick's desserts for a sweet finish to your meal.

$50 per person.

Our Special Valentine's Day Menu

First course:
Beef Sirloin Carpaccio with Roasted Pepper Pesto, or
Stuffed Quail Foie Gras Terrine Platter with Salad Gourmande, or
Spicy Tuna Roll with Daikon and Pickled Ginger Relish, or
Assorted Seafood Delicacy - Lobster, Crab, Shrimp Cocktail, Oysters on the half shell with Caviar and Smoked Salmon.

Second course:
Frederick's Winter Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette

Third course:
Veal Loin stuffed with Herbs and Cheese served over a Mushroom Risotto, or
Beef Tournedo "Rossini" with European Foie Gras with Sauce Perigourdine and double baked Yukon Gold Potatoes, or
Sea Bass and Jumbo Lump Crab Meat Napoleon with Champagne Caviar Veloute and Creole Rice, or
Gratinated Lobster, Shrimp and Crab Newberg served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

All main courses served with fresh, seasonal vegetables.

Fourth course:
Your choice of fine dining endings from a tray of select Frederick's desserts.

$80 per person.
